RADIO FRIEND PHIL – The powerful new song from Carrollton is called, “Holding On To You.” The song was originally written for a couple who had lost two sons in the span of 9 years; it also took on a deeply personal meaning for Justin Mosteller, the writer and singer for Carrollton. (On Father’s Day, he played the song for his mother, who passed away suddenly a few weeks later. )
