African-American Hair and Skin Care Discussion at Bethany Christian Services in Lancaster on Mon. Dec. 3rd from 6-8PM and will include tips and techniques for managing your child’s hair and skin care needs. Please come prepared with questions. There will also be a time of demonstration.
