Freedom Hills Therapeutic Riding Program is hosting it’s annual Arm Chair Races on Sat. Nov. 10th at 6PM at Wellwood Club in Charlestown, MD. Be prepared for a night of arm chair races, a buffet dinner, silent auction, and even a contest for the ladies’ prettiest hat!
