Freedom Valley Church in Gettysburg is accepting donations for Hurricane Sandy Relief.  The church is sending it’s second tractor-trailer load of relief items to the Jersey Shore on Sunday, November 11th, and they need your help to fill the trailer.  Specific items that are needed:  Bottled water, non-perishable food items (rice, pasta, boxed/canned foods), infant formula and baby food, diapers, feminine hygiene items, large (30 gal.) trash bags, gloves and blankets.  Please, no clothes.  The church is located at  3154 York Road (Rt 30) in Gettysburg, and you can call 717.624.3411 for more information.  The trailer is located immediately in front of the church and is open for donations until 1 PM on Sunday, November 11th.  Freedom Valley Church is partnering with Calvary Lighthouse Church and The Community Lighthouse in Lakewood, NJ, to distribute these items in some of the hardest hit communities on the New Jersey Shore.
