Upward attitude adjustment will be discussed at Lifetree Café  at Zion United Methodist Church in York on Tues. Nov. 6th from 7-8PM.  The program, titled “Smile…Even When You Think You Can’t,” will provide proven ways to cope with difficult situations in life.  A short film will be shown featuring a wheelchair-bound man who competes in triathlon events.  Lifetree Café is free and open to the public.  All are welcome!
