Lifetree Cafe’ – “Unlocking the Mystery of Music” on Thursday, Dec. 27th from 7-8PM at Zion United Methodist Church in York.  Want to enhance your memory, ease your pain, or lose some weight? We’ll show you how music can help! We’ll be hearing from a music therapist as well as a patient who credits music with helping in his recovery, and you’ll leave with some practical tips about how to use music to enhance your mental state and aid in your own physical wellbeing.  Lifetree Café is free and open to the public.  All are welcome!
