Sweet Sorrows Concert

The Sweet Sorrows, a husband and wife Celtic-folk duo, will be in concert on Friday, August 1st at the Warehouse54 concert venue in Manheim, Pennsylvania. The show will feature The Sweet Sorrows, Marty Shaughnessy & The Stars Are Spies and Revival 1.3. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the show starting at 7 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door. “Peter Pan” Takes Musical Flight at Susquehanna Stage Company True to James Barrie’s classic tale, Susquehanna Stage Company’s production of “Peter Pan” brings all your favorite characters to life – Tinker Bell, Wendy, John, Michael, Captain Hook and others – for a fun and memorable performance.  This is SSC’s most ambitious project in its six year history, with more than 40 cast and 20 crew members. yard sale

August 2

A community yard sale will be held, rain or shine, August 2 at St. Jacob’s Lutheran Church, 3444 Sticks Rd., Glen Rock, PA 17327, from 8 am until 2 pm.  The church is across from Friendship Elementary School. To reserve a space, registration must be made by July 25.  Call 717-235-7140 for information or to reserve a space.  Proceeds will benefit the church building fund.  Food will be available.

Block Party 2014
