Secret Gardens of Strasburg
- The Strasburg Heritage Society will host the Secret Gardens of Strasburg, PA on Saturday, June 22nd from 9AM to 4PM and on Sunday, June 23rd from Noon to 4PM. Local residents will share their backyard gardens with tour goers during the weekend. Tickets are available in advance from local Strasburg businesses and also the weekend of the tour at the Society’s Shroy House at 122 South Decatur Street. Free refreshments will be provided at the Shroy House and at one selected garden during this rain or shine event. 717-687-0414

Breakfast Fundraiser
Breakfast Fundraiser on June 22nd from 8-11AM at Covenant United Methodist Church in Lancaster. Enjoy a delicious breakfast and hear stories from two women who have spent the past six months in Central Asia. They are home for a short time before heading back for a minimum of 1-1/2 years. Learn more about their work with women caught in human trafficking and the jewelry program in which they can earn income.
Come to look at pictures of the women, the jewelry program, and scenes from the city in which they live. There will also be time for you to speak with them individually. They will be sharing a few highlights at 8:45 AM & 10:00 AM. 717-799-4524
