An Invitation

October 19th, 2010

STACEY GAGNE – It’s 5:30 am and I’m so excited for this day to begin.  WJTL’s 26 Hours of Compassion is here.  This is the culmination and purpose for my trip and experiences in Ethiopia… to let others know about what Compassion is doing and give you an opportunity to  get involved.

This morning I got really excited when I saw the link go up for the children needing sponsorship from the FBI (Faith Bible International) Project.  These are the kids that will be filling the classrooms and playgrounds that I walked through!!!

So here is your invitation!  Listen in!  Check out some child profiles … and please pray!  Then give us a call and sponsor a child!  We’re looking forward to hearing from you.

This is great, I just wanted to say you should play Andrew Peterson’s “Planting Trees”, it has spoken a lot to me recently as I will be going to Sendafa, Ethiopia in January with a group from Living Word Community Church. I’m not ready to support a child yet but possibly after my trip! Please pray for our team.
    Blessings,
    Cliff

I love Sara Groves music. I got cd’s of her from a friend.
I love the song Eyes wide Open but I love all her songs that she
does. Thanks Stacey for telling us what you all did on your trip.
I was reading and watching what all you did over there. I also
was praying for you the whole time you were there. And also
praying for eveyone on WJTL team. Thanks for doing a great job
on the radio. Smile God loves you all……..:-)

Thanks so much for the 26 hours of Compassion. I have two Compassion children and hope someday to add more to the refrigerator. I really enjoyed listening to your updates during your trip and really enjoyed all the stories shared during the 26 hour time! Great Job!!
