I really appreciate that Audio A is so involved with Haiti. In 1993, back when I lived in PA, I took a summer missions trip down to Haiti. During a Sunday praise service, we sang with the Haitian Children and people a song that translated to “Come and go with me to my Father’s House, to my Father’s House, to my Father’s House. Come and go with me, to my Father’s House. There is Joy, Joy, Joy.” It wasn’t until 2010, this past year, that I heard an Audio A interview on WJTL, and Audio A explained that the song “Big House” was inspired and developed from that very song that I sang with the people back in 1993. That was 17 years later, and at least 14 years after the song “Big House” was released. Thank You so much, WJTL, for doing the artist interviews that you do. I often walk away from the interviews inspired by how God is working in other people’s lives. Sure, many of these ‘other people’ are nationally known recording artists, but their simple stories point me back to faith, hope, love, and Christ Himself!

    Thanks,

I think it is really great that people are helping and continuing to help with all the people in Haiti. I know that it can be really easy to just help as soon as something devastating happens, but I think it is really God working that has kept people going, even a year afterward.
