Some of our listeners are long-time Andrew Peterson fans. Other listeners are just getting into his music thanks to “Tractor Tractor” and other clever kids songs on his compilation CD with Randall Goodgame called “Slugs and Bugs and Lullabies.” Andrew Peterson has a new project coming out tomorrow called “Counting Stars.” While it’s more of a CD for grown ups, it’ll still make you feel young at heart and relaxed. I’m loving “Dancing in the Minefield”. A close second would be “Many Roads” or “World Traveler”.
“The Last Frontier” is heartwrenching similar to a few of his past songs (Silence of God, After the Last Tear Falls).
A great album.
I think it is a great album. I love “Many Roads”.
A long time fan of Andrew, i found this to be another refreshing project from andrew Peterson! So relaxing, challenging, genuine and renewing all at the same time. Been listening to the pre-lease all afternoon since Kristi mentioned it, and have been enjoying all of the songs. My favorites so far are Dancing in the Minefields, The Magic Hour, You came so close, the reckoning and i think they’re all quickly becoming favorites. 5 Stars!
hmmm, I don’t think I have heard him before…very good. reminicent of Rich Mullins? I know each artist has their own identity…but that is who I thought of when the first song played
