New Tunes at 9 Roundup

March 1st, 2012

Radio Friend Phil – It’s time for this week’s New Tunes at 9 Roundup: New Tunes at 9, one-hour of new and emerging music, weeknights at 9 p.m. on WJTL.  This week on New Tunes at 9, we’ve been featuring new projects from Kutless, Samestate, For King and Country and Sixteen Cities. On last week’s New Tunes at 9 Roundup, I mentioned that Sixteen Cities, the 5-piece band from Portland Oregon, had stopped by the Junction Center to perform a 3-song mini-concert and talk about their new project, “Love Is Making A Way.” I was so impressed by this young band that I wanted  to share with you a little more of what lead singer Josiah Warneking had to say regarding the band’s vision for youth ministry. Click here http://wjtl.com/listen/wjtl-casts/ to listen to the conversation and 3-song mini-concert with Sixteen Cities. And for more live music, click on Featured Video: Live From the Junction Center-Sixteen Cities at http://wjtl.com/.
