Radio Friend Phil – New Tunes at 9, one-hour of new and emerging music, weeknights at 9 p.m. on WJTL.  Some of the new and recent projects we featured this week on New Tunes at 9: “It’s A Shamrock Christmas Vol. 2,” the “WOW Christmas” compilation, and “The Mission Field,” from Blessid Union of Souls. Blessid Union of Souls is led by singer/songwriter/vocalist Eliot Sloan. Eliot grew up in suburban Cincinnati, Ohio, where his parents exposed him to a wide range of music–especially rock, pop and soul.
