Praise & Worship Show Playlist (March 11) “Psalms, Hymns & Spiritual Songs Theme”!

March 11th, 2012

KRISTI LEIGH — This show’s theme is rooted in Ephesians 5:18B-20, which says: “Be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Be blessed as you open up your heart and mouth and sing to our God!

    Hi Kristi =)

You do such a great job with the songs you play for Praise & Worship on Sunday mornings! I love listening and worshiping in the car on the way to church =D

I was wondering if you could email me the playlist of songs you featured for the Praise & Worship s songs Sunday morning for Valentine’s Day? I wanted to get online to see the playlist in time, but I didn’t get to it. I’m especially interested because I’m gonna be getting Married, and I’d like to see that playlist for inspiration for songs to play at my Wedding. I was also wondering if you recommend any other “Christian Love Songs” to play at a Wedding? Thank you sooo much! Keep up the great work =)

    God Bless 0:-)

I have just really been blessed by the song Great Are You by Downhere and I never would have heard if it wasn’t for the praise and worship show. It has ministered to my heart so many times this week . Thank You

    Kristi:
Thank you for being such a blessing and playing worship music on Sunday mornings!
I know that you were at IHOP in Kansas City a few years back. Are there churches that you know of in the Lancaster area that have the same mindset of prayer and praise to the Lord?
The Lord Jesus encourage and strengthen you and keep you singing! 🙂

Hi Jim! There are some great churches around here that do have that prayer/praise mindset. I’m sure I don’t know of all of them, but Gateway in Ephrata (24/7 Worship & Prayer Center), City Gate in Lancaster City and Life Center in Harrisburg come to mind as having active prayer/praise cultures like IHOP! 🙂 Kristi

    Hi Kristi~
As everyone else said I too enjoy your worship and praise songs on Sundays. While on my way to church it is a blessing and gets my mind on track for leading worship at our church each week. Thanks! I also have a favor to ask you if possible. I am looking for a great song to sing at my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I want to incorporate into the song; love, memories, faithfulness and of course Christ and his love. Some of the people attending don’t know the Lord so my mom and I both want to share Jesus! My mom doesn’t know I’m singing. It’s a surprise my Dad asked me to do. I also want to bless him. He is currently on chemo and just hanging in there but, doesn’t always rely on the Lord like he should. Maybe even two songs would be good. Could you recommend some songs? I have always loved Twila Paris (named my daughter after her). Love Darlene C. (not sure how to spell it) and Laura Story to name a few. I can sing in this range. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Keep doing what you do. It truly is a blessing!
    Thank you,
    Deanna

    Hi Kristi,
We really enjoy all the wonderful worship music you play on Sunday mornings. What a great way to start off the day! And even though we love all the contemporary worship music out there, there’s just something special about many of the old hymns that we hear too. We are so blessed,by the music AND by all of you at WJTL!

    God Bless,
    Fred
