Manheim Christian Day School’s 47th annual benefit auction
and family fun days are happening April 28th and 29th.

A pork BBQ dinner kicks off the event on Friday.
Activities for children on Saturday include inflatables, barrel train rides,
entertainment by character juggler Chris Ivey plus much more!
A silent and live auction will be held both days.

Dinners include pulled pork BBQ, baked potato, applesauce, homemade roll,
dessert, and a drink.

47TH ANNUAL BENEFIT AUCTION & FAMILY FUN DAYS

FRIDAY, APRIL 28th

3:15–6:30 p.m.

  • Pork BBQ Dinner (Dine-in or Drive-thru)
  • Limited walk-in tickets available – call the school at (717) 665-4300 to purchase tickets
  • $13 meal includes pulled pork BBQ (by Peters’ BBQ), baked potato, applesauce, pickle, homemade roll, dessert, and drink

4:00 p.m. 

  •  Silent Auction begins (ends at 12 p.m. on Saturday)

6:30 p.m.

  •  Welcome
  • “Gummy Bear Challenge” with staff vs. student teams

7:00 p.m.

  •  Class Projects/Special Experiences
  • Features class projects from each grade, including the “Seed to Sow” project where each fourth-grade student is given $10 to use toward creating and selling a product to sell in the month leading up to the auction. Each product is then auctioned off that evening.
  • Other class project items to be auctioned off include a picnic table, fire pits with custom trays, handmade quilt, photo books, and yard games all personalized by individual classes

SATURDAY, APRIL 29th

8:30 a.m.

  • Donuts, coffee, and juice available for purchase

9:00 a.m.

  • Live Auction begins

9:00-11:00 a.m. 

  •  Children’s Activities (by donation)
  • Inflatables (available until 3 p.m.), petting zoo, barrel train rides, giant slide, face painting, & games

10:00 a.m.

11:00 a.m. 
11:15 a.m. 
  • Candy Launch
12:00 p.m. 

12:30 p.m.

  • Live entertainment by character juggler Chris Ivey
  • Sports Games with Mrs. Shelly

Manheim Christian Day School’s 43rd Annual Benefit Auction & Family Fun Days are happening this Friday & Saturday, April 26 and 27.

A Pork BBQ Dinner will kick off the event on Friday. Saturday starts with Country Style Breakfast followed by kids’ activities including games, bounce houses, a helicopter candy drop PLUS a performance by the Dkers Juggling Duo.  For a list of auction information, including a schedule of events, CLICK HERE.

MCDS Benefit Auction Meal Giveaways
