Kristi- Just a note of gratitude for the Sunday morning praise and worship show. Mom always has it on when I wake up and I love being able to prepare my heart to worship (or I should say, jump right in to worship, half-asleep as I still am… ) and head to the shower with a song in my heart. Also, I really appreciate hearing artists such as John Mark McMillan, Misty Edwards and Anthony Skinner in the line-up, just to name a few.
Thanks again! Jessica
Kristi,
I wanted to let you know that I looked forward to my every other Sunday morning commute to work from York to Lancaster. I leave at 6 am and loved listening to “The Praise and Worship” show. The music always put me a good frame of mind to start my day working in the Emergency Room. I am sad now that your show does not start until 7am and I miss it.
thanks, Jaime
Kristi, I look forward to each and every Sunday morning for the Praise and Worship show. As soon as I wake up (once I greet the Lord!) I put it on right away. So often I end up just having a wonderful time of worship way before I get to church, just because of the songs you choose. They always always cause me to pause and focus on the Lord. I love how it sets my whole day in motion! There are many times you will talk about a song and the wonder and love for the Lord that is in your voice is just amazing. Thank you so much for what you put into your show. I am truly truly blessed by it, and by you!
Thanks, Joy!!!
Thanks, Kristi, for the praise and worship show. I love listening to it on Sunday mornings. What a blessing and a great way to prepare myself for worshipping together with my church family.
Do you ever play songs by Gateway worship, Jesus Culture, or Deluge band? They each have some amazing worship songs. Just a thought.
Be blessed.
Hi Krista! Yes, I do play Gateway Worship, Jesus Culture AND Deluge Band on a regular basis on the Praise & Worship Show! In fact, some songs were on the playlist you commented on! You’ll even hear them occasionally throughout the week on WJTL. Since you know and love them, do you have any favorite songs? I’m always curious what people are worshipping to and often add songs to our playlist and library based on listener recommendations and requests!
