December 13th, 2010
This week’s Feedback Giveback prize pack includes a copy of “The Narnia Code” on DVD–plus the bonus travel mug! “The Narnia Code” is based on the theory by Michael Ward, who goes inside the pages of C. S. Lewis’ masterpieces. It’s an illuminating adventure into medieval cosmology and spiritual symbolism.
To be entered into the drawing to win, comment on any blog at www.WJTL.com before midnight this Sunday night (December 19th.) We’ll announce the winner on Monday (December 20th) on the radio!
We LOVE WJTL – its on in the car all the time – our 5 year old LOVES KCB – she doesn’t understand that we can’t just make Lisa do KCB on a Monday afternoon! wouldn’t that be nice… Thank you for all that you do – there isn’t a better family friendly any time radio station.
I just finished watching Dax’s story, “One Last Christmas.” Words cannot say the thankfulness I have that the Lord has blessed my family with 2 healthy children. My heart goes out to this family. And to the people of their town…boy…whether they were all Christians or not, they demonstrated the love of God through their actions. Thanks for sharing this story on your website!
Love the series, read them as a child, read them again as an adult. Don’t really know about the code DVD, but winning is fun. 🙂
I am a new listener of WJTL, but what a blessing this radio station has been for me! 🙂 May God continue to bless you as you continue to bless and serve others! Merry Christmas!!!! 😀
WJTL is such a great influence! Narnia is the best story that relates to a similarity to our God. i listen to WJTL as i head to school and have devos while i listen! YOUR A BLESSING and God bless you and keep you safe
WE LOVE WJTL. My kids love the request show and beg to call in whenever they hear it. Our 8 year old is reading the Chronicle of Narnia series now and LOVES it. I pray that as he reads these he is seeing the symbolism but i am sure that he would enjoy to read about them in the Narnia Code as well. Our six year old has the ‘kids version’ and loves it as well. Thanks for making such a big impact on the Lancaster County area as well as those around the world listening!
May God Bless You ALL as you ALL continue to Bless each of us!
Thank You, The Palmer Family
I’ve been reading C.S. Lewis since the 1960’s. I had read a lot of J. R. R. Tolkien and George W. McDonald…and then found that C. S. Lewis was in the same writing group as they…. so I naturally needed to read Lewis’ books to follow that thread.
“The Screwtape Letters” should be required reading for anyone who wants to know what spiritual warfare is all about.
Blessings and a Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!
