No new full-time vacancies were filled during the past year –

April 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014.

* The recruitment sources used to fill each vacancy, (including organizations entitled to notification of vacancies which should be separately identified), as well as the address, contact person and telephone number of each source;

Since no vacancies were filled, no recruitment sources were used.

* A list of the recruitment source that referred the hiree for each full-time vacancy;

* Data reflecting the total number of persons interviewed for each full-time vacancy in the preceding year;

No one was interviewed.

* The total number of interviewees referred by each recruitment source; and

* A list and brief description of the Outreach Prong 3 menu options implemented during the preceding year.

Announcements were made on air twice each month, on the first and fifteenth asking for Community Groups interested in being updated on employment availabilities to contact the station.

A list of those community groups that contacted the station was kept.

Job Shadowing and Internships for High School and College credit continued to be offered during the past year.   The following is a list of College and High School students who received credit for their time at WJTL, as well as a list of Shadows that visited the WJTL Studios.

Phillip Miller:  Spring Semester 2013, HACC, Music Business, Finishing Associate Degree,  at least 15 hours per week,  He interned on air, worked with promotions and concerts, and in the office

Ashley Mellinger:  Summer semester 2013, Millersville University,entering senior year, Communications,  at least 225 hours,  She interned on air including taking some weekend air shift time, assisted with various tasks around the office, was involved with concert production and live events

Sandra Robinson:  Summer semester 2013, entering Senior year,  Grove City College, Music/Communications, at least 180 hours, Sandra interned on air, promotions, Iive events including Creation Festival,

Sarah Frank:  Summer semester 2013, entering Senior year, Lebanon Valley College, English with concentration in Communications, at least 135 hours, Sandra interned on air, oversaw our Bumper Sticker Spotting campaign, assisted with various office work and at live events.

Audrea Snyder:  Fall internship, Junior year, Lancaster Bible College, Worship Performing Arts major, 120 hours.  Interned on air, helped at live events and in the office

10th grade homeschooler September 24, 2 hours shadowing Morning Show

Manheim Central High School, Senior August 19, 1 hour shadowing Morning Show

Landisville Middle School Student, Thursday May 16, 2 hours shadowing Morning Show

Lampeter Strasburg, 8th grade, Friday March 22,  2 hours shadowing Lisa Morning Show

Dayspring Christian Academy, Junior,  May 23, 2 hours shadowing Morning Show

Centerville Middle School, 8th grade, March 7th, 2 hours shadowing Morning Show

Solanco High School, Autistic Support class, March 21st, 1.5 hours shadowing Morning Show

Outreach programs to local colleges and schools also continued.

Throughout the year WJTL continuos to welcome School Groups, Boy and Girl Scout Groups, Youth Groups, Community Groups and Homeschool Groups for tours of the WJTL studios.  These tours include question and answer time with staff.

WJTL also continues to host Youth Group Night .  Youth Groups from around the WJTL Listening area come to the station for 2 and half to 3 hours to be on the air, experience the production room, and hear presentations on continued education and a Career in Broadcasting from a WJTL staff member.
