Our grand prize winner will receive a hand embellished 24″ x 30″ gallery wrapped print of Mother’s Peonies (pictured above) or a gift certificate for $575.00 to Julia Swartz Art Gallery.

The painting is a tribute to Julia’s mother, who passed away some time ago. The peonies in the painting are from Julia’s garden and had originally come from her mother’s garden. When her father sold the farm, Julia dug up some of the peonies and transplanted them in her own garden.

The peonies have been a part of Julia’s mother’s life for as long as she can remember, and they continue to bloom every year.
