Radio Friend Phil – Greetings! It’s time for this week’s New Tunes at 9 Roundup: New Tunes at 9, one-hour of new and emerging music, weeknights at 9 p.m. on WJTL.  The month of August includes outstanding new releases from The Museum, Luminate, Owl City, Tenth Avenue North, Andrew Peterson and TobyMac, among others. Also available now: “The Upside Of Down,” from Chris August. Texas singer/songwriter Chris August released several independent projects before signing to Word Records and releasing his breakthrough disc, “No Far Away,” in 2010.
