Part-time Events and Facilities Person Needed

FRED MCNAUGHTON – WJTL is looking for a part time Events and Facilities Assistant! This person will join The Junction Center staff to help fulfill the vision of Christ. Community. Music. Basic info:
Part time, roughly 25 hours per week
Schedule must be flexible, with expectation to work nights and weekends
Work well in a team atmosphere, but is self motivated
Has ability to lead volunteers (when necessary) with kindness and respect
Reports directly to Event and Facilities Coordinator with oversight from General Manager

Tasks:
Assist with event logistics including, but not limited to: event set up and tear down, setting up chairs, and clean up/close up
Assisting in facility upkeep and maintenance
Manage supplies for building
Interacting with clients before, during, and after events
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Excellent time management skills
Lift Certification or willing to be trained
Basic tech knowledge or willing to be trained
Forward thinker with concern for quality
Professional attitude with ability to communicate well with clients and exceed their expectations
Able to lift 50lb+
