The renowned recipe incorporates locally sourced\, pasture-raised chicken\, homemade stock enriched with local herbs and botanicals\, and fresh-made pie dough noodles rolled on-site to ensure each order is made to perfection. \nThis hearty meal is perfectly paired with fresh peas\, pepper-cabbage\, and rolls and finished with homemade pie and ice cream. This is a family-friendly event and open to the local community as well as out-of-town visitors. Spend the day with us in Bird-in-Hand and get to know the volunteers of the Hand-in-Hand Fire Company!
