SUMMARY:5k Fun Run & Kids Walk Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:A Little Love Farm offers mentoring to children in our community as they participate in caring for the little animals on the farm. Our long term goal is to add a licensed therapist to work with the children alongside the animals to enrich their lives further. This is our first large fundraising event towards achieving that goal! \nRegistration begins at 8:30 am. The 5k starts at 9:00 am\, followed by the Kid’s Fun Walk\, which will be joined by some of the animals from the farm!

SUMMARY:New Holland Fireworks at Petra Church
DESCRIPTION:Plan to spend your evening here at Petra Church on Saturday\, July 4\, for the New Holland Independence Day Fireworks! At 6:00 PM\, our fields will be open to the community to watch the New Holland Fireworks. Food and Drinks will be available for purchase from a variety of food trucks\, including Noel’s Café\, Skip’s\, Beiler’s\, Lickity Split Ice Cream\, among others. 10% of the proceeds from the Food Truck sales will go towards Petra’s Food Bank to help feed those in our community who are in need. Bring your lawn chairs\, blankets\, and yard games for a fun evening together! The fireworks will start around 9:30 PM. \n*Rain date is on Sunday\, July 5.
