As a published songwriter with Integrity Music\, a recording artist\, and former Lead Worship Pastor at LCBC Church for 26 years\, Matt has spent his life helping people encounter God through worship\, creativity\, and community. Now serving as an Account Executive for Clair Global Integration in the House of Worship space\, Matt continues that mission—partnering with churches to design solutions that elevate their message and expand their reach. His deep understanding of ministry\, combined with his technical insight\, makes him a trusted guide for teams navigating growth and change.Matt is also a devoted husband to Kim\, his wife of 29 years\, and proud father of five.
