Community Picnic

The community is invited to attend Brickerville United Lutheran’s ‘Ole Fashioned Picnic in the Park on Saturday, July 1, from 3:30 to 8:00 p.m. The picnic will take place at the church’s shaded grove at 340 E. 28th Division Highway, Lititz (Brickerville). We will be honoring all veterans and active military. The Ringgold Band of Reading will once again provide entertainment in addition to a strolling balloon twisting artist and other children’s activities. Food will be available for purchase including homemade chicken corn soup, hamburgers, hotdogs, beef barbecue, fresh fruit salad and dinner salads, homemade desserts, and ice cream. The picnic will be held rain or shine. Donations are accepted at the gate to help offset entertainment costs but are not required. Please bring lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the outdoor performance under the shade trees.
