FRED MCNAUGHTON – You have probably heard of the recent flooding in Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi. Heavy rains sparked flash flooding that had a devastating affect upon tens of thousands of people. That number includes christian music veterans Farrell and Farrell, whose home was under five feet of water.
Bob Farrell told WJTL’s Terry Phillips – host of the Archives on WJTL, “We were hit hard–lost almost everything.”
Please be in prayer for Bob and Jayne Farrell, or to offer tangable assistance visit ccmclassics.com.
You can also donate directly via paypal.
This is a pic of their home BEFORE it was completely engulfed by the flood.
Fred McNaughton – So I was tooling around the new WJTL website, seeing how everything looks and making sure all the links are working and enjoying how the videos pop up at the WJTL video page when I saw this video and remembered how funny I thought it was. So I watched it again, and somehow I think it is even funner. Thank you Kristi, Eddie and Shawn MacDonald for being so genuinely entertaining. You have taken something as misunderstood as stalking and made it a work of art. Can you say “Reality TV Show” Pilot? Listen closely for the line, “If I was in charge of myself, I’d be on vacation.”

Many of our friends in Nashville have been impacted by the flooding this past week. Here’s one small way you can help.
Anthony Evans will be leading worship at this year’s National Day of Prayer event on Thursday, May 6.
We talked with Anthony this morning. He told an amazing story of how God used his song “Could It Be”. You can read the story for yourself at Anthony’s website.
You can also listen to our interview with Anthony at our WJTLCasts page.
This is Intern Andrew. You can hear Intern Andrew Tuesday Mornings as part of the Get Up and Go Show. Intern Andrew has been making the trek to the WJTL Studios twice a week from Maryland. Intern Andrew is currently attending Harford Community College. He has been doing an awesome job sharing the weather and even filling in for Lisa a bit while she was in Africa. Sometimes though, he is just biding his time, waiting for his turn. Thanks Intern Andrew, we have enjoyed you being a part of WJTL.
And you thought I was kidding when I mentioned he wears his Grandpa’s hat while he is on the air, didn’t you?
