Christmas at the Organ

The Lancaster Chapter of the American Guild of Organists will present its annual Christmas carol and organ concert event. The concert, titled “Christmas at the Organ,” will feature local organists leading the singing of Christmas carol favorites (yes, we need you to help us sing!) along with festive organ arrangements of the carols. Familiar tunes include “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” “Go, Tell it On the Mountain,” “O Little Town of Bethlehem,” “Infant Holy,” and “Joy to the World.” Local organist performers include Jonathan Jones, Greg Gehman, John Huber, Mark Herr, Jaden Espenshade, Margaret Marsch, Ross Ellison, and John Zielinski, who will play a piece he composed. Join us at Lititz Church of the Brethren (300 West Orange Street, Lititz) on Friday, December 29, at 7:00 PM. This event is the Guild’s most popular of the year, so don’t miss it! A freewill offering will be taken.
