Influencing Children: What if we’re not the primary influencers of a child’s faith but God is? How might that understanding shape our discipleship approach? Speaker: Esther Zimmerman is Scottish though she now makes Pennsylvania her home. She has directed the Children and Family Ministry programs at Lancaster Bible College | Capital Bible Seminary & Graduate School since January 2016 and has served as Program Chair for Ministry Studies since December 2020. Prior to entering academia, she served for 12 years as International Children’s Ministry Director for a global mission organization.
