Catalyst Christian School’s Annual Benefit Auction

Friday, May 29th & Saturday, May 30th

This two-day, family-friendly event is packed with fun, food, and community spirit, all in support of the school’s mission to Ignite Faith, Form Leaders, and Launch Lives.
Friday Night kicks things off with delicious food options, a wide variety of auction items, and an upbeat atmosphere as friends and families gather to give generously. The “Down Home Dinner” is available for eat-in or drive-through starting at 4pm. Don’t miss the student auction, where the kids get a chance to try out bidding on lots of great items starting at 6pm.
Saturday is a full-day community event! Enjoy tasty eats from local food trucks, cool off with ice cream, and take part in a long list of activities, including:
  • An “All-you-can-eat” breakfast buffet starting at 6am
  • The plant auction kicks off at 8am
  • A thrilling Live Auction with unique experiences and special items
  • Games and activities for kids of all ages
  • KCB will be on location from 10am-12noon with giveaways like Chick-fil-A cookies (while supplies last). Request a song, see the cookie car, and more!
Whether you’re bidding on unique treasures or plants, enjoying fellowship over a meal, or watching your kids light up with excitement, there’s something for everyone. This is more than a fundraiser—it’s a celebration of the school, the students, and the incredible community.

Auction Schedule

Friday, May 29th

  • 4-7:00 pm – Down Home Dinner (eat-in or drive-thru)
  • 4-9:00 pm – Treasures & Treats (in hallway between Gyms 1 & 2)
  • 6:00 pm  – Student Auction (in Gym 2)
  • 6:30 pm – General Auction Begins
  • 7:30 pm – Theme Baskets
  • 8:00 pm – Special Features

Saturday May 30th

  • 6-9:30 am – “All You Can Eat” Breakfast Buffet
  • 8:00 am – Landscape Auction (outside Middle School entrance)
  • 8:30 am – Registration opens for Children’s Activities
  • 9 am – 1 pm – All Children’s Games
  • 9 am – 12:30 pm Treasures & Treats (in hallway between Gyms 1 & 2)
  • 9:15  am – Main Auction Begins
  • 10:00 am – Theme Baskets
  • 11:00 am – Men’s Auction
  • 12:30 pm – Special Features

 

Check out the Cash & Carry Table located inside the main entrance. Cash & Carry is the location to find any leftover items, such as food and flowers. See the times below and come to the table to add these items to your bidder number!
