Join us for a 90-minute community workshop on Saturday, June 27th @ 9:30am at Millersville Community Church. Pre-registration is required. This workshop is intended to help individuals and/or their loved ones who want to learn more about our negative assumptions about ourselves, others, and the world; and how these assumptions shape our thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We’ll talk about strategies that can be used to change these self-limiting beliefs so we can experience more joy in life!
