Millersville Community Church will convene a ten-week workshop aimed at providing tools to equip participants to overcome these challenges. LIVING GRACE offers members a welcoming, grace-filled community of support where they can explore healthy solutions for hearts and minds. Each session combines both faith and scientific tools for achieving overall wellness. Sessions focus in on positive self-identity; the role of medications, relaxation, and relationships in fostering health; and overcoming difficulties such as stressors, triggers, stigma, and guilt.
