Manheim Arts Festival

April 11 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us for a vibrant celebration of creativity, community, and the power of the arts!

The Manheim Arts Festival brings together artists, makers, and art‑lovers for a day dedicated to fine arts in all their forms. This immersive event highlights the talent of local artists through live demonstrations, hands‑on experiences, and a curated marketplace filled with original works for sale. The event also highlights the town’s rich artistic heritage — including Manheim’s historic connection to glassblowing, a craft that helped shape the region’s early identity.

A signature feature of the festival is the Quick Draw Competition, where artists race against the clock to create a finished piece in just a short window of time. Spectators can watch the creative process unfold in real time, then bid on their favorite works during the post‑competition sale.

Throughout the festival grounds, or nearby, visitors can explore:

Fine art vendors offering paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, and more
Artist demonstrations showcasing techniques like glassblowing, watercolor, pottery, printmaking, and mixed media
Food and beverage vendors
Live Music with the Dave Wilson Trio in the Market Square gazebo
Mural Walk featuring several recently completed murals within the Borough
Stained Glass Walk featuring the beautiful windows of three of the churches in the Borough
Kids’ Zone at Zion Lutheran Preschool (free art activities, games, playground and more!)
Manheim Historical Society hosting artists in the Fasig and Keath houses on E High St
