The Partnership for Better Health is hosting a Match Madness campaign that includes 64 contenders for matching funds for non-profit organizations in Cumberland County. Wheels for Women is an underdog in this competition and we need your help. Wheels for Women is a Christian non-profit that provides pre-owned vehicles to women in need. Women apply through one of our 6 social service agencies in south central PA (a 6-county area) and Wheels for Women provides the vehicle for free. We have awarded 42 vehicles in the past 3 years and have a goal of 30 in 2026. 19% of Americans experience transportation insecurity as compared to 9% housing insecurity and 16% food insecurity. Help us meet our goals so we can empower a woman to meet her family’s needs. A reliable vehicle often is the critical difference between just surviving and actually thriving.
