Redefine GRACE offers teens and youth a welcoming, grace-filled community of support where they can explore healthy solutions for hearts and minds. Following the same format as the LIVING GRACE workshop for adults, each session combines both faith and scientific tools for achieving overall wellness. Sessions focus in on positive self-identity; the role of medications, relaxation, and relationships in fostering health; and overcoming difficulties such as stressors, triggers, stigma, and guilt.
