The Mennonite Children’s Choir of Lancaster (MCCL) invites the community to its Spring 2026 concert series, “Songs of Joy and Restoration.” This program traces both the joys and sorrows of life through music that celebrates God’s goodness. Audiences will hear energetic selections such as Hearts Beat Together by Emilio Solé‑Sempere, Purcell’s Sound the Trumpet, and Ken Berg’s Galop, alongside reflective works including Handel’s Surely He Hath Borne Our Griefs, Andrew Peterson’s Behold the Lamb of God, and Elaine Hagenberg’s luminous Alleluia. The program concludes with Keith Hampton’s vibrant gospel anthem Praise His Holy Name!

MCCL serves more than 150 children and youth from nearly 50 schools, 40 congregations, and 15 denominations. As an auxiliary program of Lancaster Mennonite School, MCCL nurtures musical excellence while fostering character and community. Through Christ‑centered repertoire that reflects the church around the world and across time, MCCL equips young singers for a lifetime of worship and service.
