The Promise Players call for auditions for their fall play, “Casting Swine Before Pearls”, which will be performed on November 6-9 and 13-16, 2025. The play is set in a small rural church, where the leaders are ecstatic when a longtime member leaves his fortune to the congregation. But there is one interesting caveat: they must care for his three prized hogs… immediately! Roles are available for three men, two women, and two flexible positions. Although this is a family-friendly production, the roles are best suited for adults and older teens.
