My Favorite Videos from 2013

January 6th, 2014 No comments

I posted the top 10 most viewed videos of 2013. Now here are 5 of my favorites that didn’t make it:

5) Crowder: Bundt Cakes & New Music

David Crowder brings his usual eccentric personality to an interview with Kristi Leigh in the WJTL trailer at Creation.

4) Jordan Feliz: “Home” (Acoustic)

I absolutely love the soulful, raw voice of Jordan Feliz, as he sings in a room at Uprise Festival.

3) Skyhawk Drive: “Dead Men Running” (Acoustic)

Ronnie from Skyhawk Drive up in the woods at Creation.

2) Lybecker: “Inbetween” (Acoustic)

The most original acoustic video we have done to date, and completely from the mind of Lybecker.

1) Lybecker: Weirdest Concert

Lybecker takes home #2 & #1 on my list thanks to their insane creativity. Their concert story seemed a bit too strange to be true.

Those are 5 of my favorites for the year. I hope you enjoyed, and keep tuning in to see what 2014 brings.

Thanks for watching,

Ben Sauder

Top 10 Videos of 2013

January 3rd, 2014 1 comment

2013 was a great year filled with a lot of fun so without further ado, here are the 10 most viewed videos created by WJTL in 2013:

10) Tenth Avenue North: The “Worn” Story

Tenth Avenue North performing Live from the Junction Center was one of the highlights of my year. Besides their obvious talent, they may be the funniest group in Christian Music.

9) Aaron Shust: “The God of Brilliant Lights” (Acoustic)

Aaron Shust performing his new song at The Junction Center was a definite treat.

8) Skillet: “American Noise” Meaning

The always entertaining John Cooper in the Creation trailer for an interview with Kristi Leigh.

7) Meredith Andrews: “Pieces” (Acoustic)

An absolutely fantastic worship set from Meredith Andrews.

6) Rend Collective: “Build Your Kingdom Here” (Acoustic)

Rend Collective kicked off WJTL’s phase 2 project with one of my favorite performances of the year.

5) Plumb: The “One Drop” Story

I’m fairly certain everything Plumb says is absolute gold. Ask her a question and she will give a beautiful answer.

4) Tenth Avenue North: “Worn” (Acoustic)

Tenth Avenue North in the top 10 a second time. See #10.

3) Meredith Andrews: “Strong God” (Acoustic)

Meredith in the top 10 a second time. See #7.

2) Phil Keaggy: “Shades of Green”

The best guitarist I’ve ever seen. My mind was blown by his performance. I have chills just thinking about it.

1) Rend Collective: “10,000 Reasons” (Acoustic)

Rend Collective takes the top spot with their second video in the top. This performance was early in the morning and they were absolutely fantastic.

Keep watching the WJTL Youtube to see what pops up in 2014.

Thanks
