Praise Focus-Faithfulness of God

JOHN SHIRK – Today’s Praise Focus comes from Psalm 89, verses 1 and 2.

“I will sing of the LORD’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations. I will declare that your love stands firm forever, that you have established your faithfulness in heaven itself.”

The Psalmnist describes God’s faithfulness surrounding Him. He is true to His Word. He fulfills His promises. His love never fails, and His love never ends. That is how we can sing of the LORD’s great love forever, by being in His grace and standing firm in the hope of the Gospel.

The faithfulness of God is a reason to praise Him in the Year of Focus.
