Garden Spot Village Train Room to Host Open House

March 26th, 2022 No comments

The Garden Spot Village Train Room, which was unfortunately not open to visitors since early 2020, is now back in business! We invite you to come and visit the Garden Spot Village Train Room for its first Open House on Saturday, March 26 from 1:30-4 p.m.

This Open House is FREE, open to the public, and will delight visitors of all ages! The newly revised HO- and O-gauge tracks include elevated lines to look like commuter lines! As always, the HO-gauge train layout includes Thomasville and the ever-popular “Talk with Thomas” event. The O-gauge train layout includes features such as waterfalls, a monorail, a Ford dealership showroom and more. Both layouts provide plenty of train action complemented with heavily detailed scenery. Also, for any collectors or builders in our midst, the Train Room will offer excess model train materials for sale including detailed structures, building kits and scenery materials!

No matter if you are a train fanatic yourself, looking for a fun activity to do with your kids/grandkids, or simply enjoy a good time, we encourage you to check out the Garden Spot Village Train Room Open House!
