In conjunction with Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Hospital, this is a friendly competition between the East Cocalico Police Department and the Cocalico Area Fire Department to solicit blood donations for each team. Purpose is to increase the blood supply in the community and save lives. Winning team receives a cheesy traveling trophy.
