Praise Focus-Wonderfully Made
JOHN SHIRK – Today’s Praise Focus is found in Psalm 139, verses 13 to 16.
“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful; I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”
The fact that God is our Creator means that He made us for a purpose. When God made you, He knew what He was doing. He created each of us to be masterpieces by His design. That is what we become when we are found in Christ. His plan for us is rooted in knowing Him, loving Him, trusting Him, and honoring Him.
Knowing God as our Creator is a reason to praise Him in the Year of Focus.
