Prayer and Relief for Tornado Victims
Over the weekend an outbreak of violent storms and tornadoes impacted communities from Texas to Iowa with some communities suffering catastrophic damage. At least 5 people lost their lives and thousands are in the process of sifting through debris and recovering.
Please join us in praying for all that were impacted and those lending aid. A few ways to pray:
- We pray for God to be close to the broken hearted and discouraged.
- We pray for relief efforts to help those who are suffering loss.
- We pray for protection over these communities as they work to recover.
- We pray for strength for local churches in these areas who are ministering to their communities while also suffering losses
Samaritans Purse has teams on the ground and disaster relief units heading to lend aid. Opportunities to volunteer and lend support can be found at their website.
