There is a lot to juggle in the morning – music, weather, guests, giveaways, listener calls, emails and of course COFFEE!!! Lisa and I really do enjoy Getting you up and Going each morning. Thanks for tuning in!
Hey guys. 🙂 I just want to first of all thank you for being a great influence in my life and for allowing good Christian music to be played each day. I listen to WJTL every day at work and it helps me keep in the right attitude. 🙂 But I would like to petition, and I’m sure you’ve heard it before, that you play all Christmas music during the Christmas season. After all, as a Christian station and as Christians we of all people have the most reason to celebrate the season with Christmas music! I LOVE Christmas music, so I normally listen to other stations during Christmas because I know they’ll be playing it constantly. I think that WJTL could do a much better job at diversifying the Christmas music with the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Christ, rather than the 12 pains of Christmas. lol. I miss Christian Christmas music! Thank you once again for your efforts, I really do appreciate this station. God bless you as you strive to serve Him. 🙂

Thanks for your encouraging post and thanks for listening. We started playing Christmas Music last Friday and so every other song, pretty much is a Christmas Song. We’ll go 100% Christmas Music as we draw closer to Christmas Day.

I’m with Katie! The sooner you go to 100% Christmas the better. We basically only have one month out of the year to hear these songs. That’s such a short window!

I kinda hate to say this, but I’m almost thinking the opposite of them. In my personal opinion, I don’t like all the Christmas music and found myself scanning other radio stations the past few days to find music not for Christmas. I’m just sayin, try to keep all the other songs in there too or like swtich on and off between the two every once in a while.
